"Did you really do that?" I said, my voice calm and collected as I looked him in the eyes. I gulped, not able to breath the betrayal seeping deep in. "No, you did." "But you know what? You choose to break my heart instead." I fumbled out, resisting his advance as I pushed him away and ran not knowing which direction I was going in.
