I gulped, not able to breath the betrayal seeping deep in. "No, you did." "But you know what? You choose to break my heart instead." I fumbled out, resisting his advance as I pushed him away and ran not knowing which direction I was going in.

I could see all that hope in her eyes but it was a mere a flicker in front of the anger that was reeling inside me. I say quietly, my voice strained.
